As usual, Mitch Argon has gone the extra mile on statistics for us.  We have often tried and are still working on our own stats to even hold a candle to this guy.

I would be happy to answer any questions about some of these stats I have attached herewith.  We are working on bracketing out some areas/price points etc. for our zip code statistics. 

We will soon have; ArrowCreek, Montreux, Somersett, Kurti Ranch, Damonte Ranch, Caughlin Ranch,  even Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing statistics up.  Just recently there is some better technology with the Reno mls to do this type of fun? stuff.

  I will keep you posted on all of the Reno homes, Tahoe homes and Carson City homes transactions as often as I can.  We are looking for some type of sign.  It reminds me of that cat hanging from the clothesline.  No, I am not going to say the caption to that famous poster, you all know it already.
