Wow, just when you thought the agents at Chase International couldn’t push the Reno Tahoe social networking, web, real estate 2.0, blog world any further, they launched what I think is the worlds first and best (so far) Broker tribal/Realtor social network type of platform.

This was well executed and delivered with surgical S.E.O. (search engine optimized) precision.  It was apparent that this has been an ongoing project and kept confidential up until the release date.  I had heard wind of it but honestly, I was floored.  It is refreshing to see a blog that is not focused on regurgitating daily news, mls stats, realty news feeds, peoples misfortunes, foreclosures, duplicate content etc.

It came loaded with a lot of B to B (business to business) and sphere/tribal/social networking connections baked in.  The thing that I just couldn’t get over was how they shotgun blasted a lot of blogs, U-Tube videos etc. from their pool of Agents.  They pulled on experienced Chase agents from Chase International Reno, Sparks, Chase International Lake Tahoe, and I believe they may have an office in London still.

This is going to rock the Reno, Tahoe, Truckee real estate search engine world as the inertia created from this type of platform that has been intravenously fed Google juice (S.E.O.) is going to be a beam me up to the first search page type of scenario.

I think all who have contributed to this platform including my former colleague from Coldwell Banker Village Realty Galena-Montreux office Diane Cohn of Reno Realty Blog- Chase International should be congratulated and admired.  If I had a web cam, you would see me bowing a Wayne’s World type of “we’re not worthy”.
