OK, one more time; Arrowcreek Golf Course sale update/Residence lease

I updated some stuff last week but I am still getting a lot of e mails, calls etc so this is kind of how I understand it as of today.
In regards to the golf course in case you aren’t current:
- Club Corp is proceeding with the purchase of the golf course, they are out of contract since July 1st but still proceeding in any event. There are some litigants that need to sign off on it apparently still and a few other issues.
- They (Club Corp) have decided not to pursue the lease of the HOA residence club for now. They were met with questions from sub HOA groups, three attorneys and a judge. It may be in the cards for future discussion however.
I have enclosed a link to the Arrowcreek management company website for recent updates, some legal disclosures recently got updated. I will give you a click sequence for this site and where to find what:
- For Club corp. information pertaining to HOA related issues only with them, not the golf club, click on Update Club Corp. The golf club website is marginal has nothing on the buyout, they do e mail updates occasionally.
- For reserve study lawsuit updates, click on Reserve Study.
- To get more legal information on Lis Pendens etc. you need to click on the Arrowcreek HOA link.
- Once on the Arrowcreek HOAs site, click on HOA docs, forms, info. link. Then at the bottom, click on General Info. and legal updates.
