Club Corp withdraws from Arrowcreek Golf Club purchase…..

This just in; Club Corp has withdrawn out of Arrowcreek Golf Course purchase. I am totally speechless (well almost).
Recap: Club Corp will not be buying the Arrowcreek Golf Course or leasing the Arrowcreek Residence Club.
Too many straws were put on Club Corps back and it apparently broke. In this economy and real estate market, you cater to buyers and people who want to spend money, create jobs and make things nice, not complicate their lives and run up their attorney bills. Nice move guys, you know who you are.
I would expect this from my five year old to be stingy and uncooperative but one would expect adults to be more farsighted than this.
I am hoping this is a head fake or negotiating strategy or maybe it will work out for the better somehow. Yeah I know, forever the optimist, hey, someone has to be.

Ron, you are right on. All AC homeowners need to attend the HOA meeting on 7/29. This would be a bad time to be apathetic. We need the participation of everyone within our community.
This is really unfortunate, for a lot of people. Members and homeowners will lose something special. Arrowcreek is comprised of two of the most beautiful golf courses in the greater Reno/Tahoe area. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!!
I agree, I was trying to explain this to a client of mine about how our system in America works in relation to this Arrowcreek litigation flood and he couldn’t grasp it.
