As if Hypochondriacs and Construction Defect Attorneys don’t have enough negative ammunition to fester/sue on, yet another scandal has arisen. It is too early to tell if this is somewhat of a scam like many of the others environmental scares or not. I have been following this for a while so it is somewhat newsworthy.

It’s official. If you are a first-time Reno Nv. home buyer and you buy a Reno home, or bought a Reno home, between April 9, 2008 and July 1, 2009, you will get a refundable $7,500 tax credit.
However, there are a few things you need to keep in mind about this credit.

The Somersett Farmer’s Markets have been absolutely packed this summer. But unlike the Spark’s Market that has become more of a “Meat Market,” this Farmer’s Market is full of great produce, families and good times.

The mood was a little less festive and media hyped today at the Montreux Reno Nv. P.G.A. Tour as the Hanna Montana of Golf was benched. The signs on the Montreux Custom Homes went from we love you Michelle Wie to We will miss you Michelle Wie.
