You will have to follow a trail of breadcrumbs of sorts to find the appeal form on the Washoe County Assessors site.  I finally had them fax one as the Washoe County tax appeal page was down. 

I am going to add a few links and attachments for you to play around with to lower your Washoe County Nevada property tax.  Keep in mind, I am not encouraging this kind of action nor am I some sort of tax revolter; however, many homes were reassessed at the top of the market and have come down 25 to 50% or more.  The savings can be substansial and everyone needs to save as much money as possible these days.
