Enclosed is the new FNMA loan requirements for Reno Nv. (Nevada) homes that just came in that was sent over by a software attorney who is a friend of mine.

Obviously this (FNMA loan changes) does not make purchasing a Reno home any easier as have many of the other loan program changes/tightening we have seen in the past; FHA, Jumbo loans etc.

 I will refer this to our resident blogger Stephanie Hanna of Platinum First Mortgage, she is very good at analyzing these type of changes and pontificating on how they will affect the Reno Nv. home market.  I hope Stephanie doesn’t mind that I am assuming she will, she has had her hands full with her new baby and maintaining her Reno mortgage loan business as well.
