  • Linda : Hi Linda, Great Homestead question, I have asked a few people and the answer is: it depends. To be safe, I would refile, call the county recorder, they would know for sure. The reality is the Homestead remains recorded, my concern is that it could be contested. I would keep it clean and rerecord it reflecting the current owners. Thank you, Ron Bell (775) 750-5256
