I arrived early to set up my tripod and video camera for what I figured would be a fairly spirited Arrowcreek Homeowners Association meeting. Per NRS statutes, you are allowed to bring a recording device so I figured it was worth a try. Wow, this is almost surreal; I was contacted by the media twice in regards to the golf course sale falling out and the effect on real estate values. Both times I refused to comment. It is just a matter of time before someone does and the media blows it even more out of proportion . This has been kind of the issue; the rumor mill is way worse than the facts which are fairly sobering to begin with.
